Yes, at The Zoo Veterinary Center, we are available during our operation hours from 9:00 AM until 10:00 PM every day of the week, including holidays and weekends.
Do you offer an at-home vaccination service?
Yes, we provide pet vaccination home service for your cats and dogs in the comfort of your space. Book the appointment, and our certified staff will visit your place to immunize your pets.
Can I consult the same veterinarian every time I visit the clinic?
Yes, it is possible based on the scheduled appointment.
Do you have a laboratory for conducting various tests?
Yes, our pet clinic has an in-house laboratory equipped with cutting-edge tools like comprehensive biochemistry, hematology, X-ray, and ultrasound machines. What should I Bring for my Dogs/Cats Stay?
If you have a diet you prefer to feed please bring that. You may bring your own bed or mat. Toys are always welcomed as well.
What happens if my Checkout is Delayed?

What kind of pets will you board?
We board all types of pets – furry, feathered, scaly and more! Our typical boarders are dogs and cats, but we are not strangers to rabbits, hamsters, birds, and lizards. For small animals we do require owner’s to provide habitats (tanks, bird cages, housing for guinea pigs & rabbits)
What facilities are available in your veterinary clinic?
Our clinic consists of a special laboratory for conducting tests and diagnosing problems, an x-ray technology, ultrasound, and a hospitalization facility.
What are the requirements to board my dog?
All dogs must have up-to-date vaccinations, including DHPPi, Rabies, and Kennel cough. Additionally, their passport should reflect current deworming, flea treatment, and a Giardia test, with all entries stamped and signed.

All cats must have up-to-date vaccinations, including PCH, and Rabies. Additionally, their passport should reflect current deworming, flea treatment, and a Giardia test, with all entries stamped and signed.
